1. Anonymity of Vulnerable Citizens
Seba Learn does not collect legal names, national identification numbers, or credit card details from citizen learners. Identity is maintained strictly via pseudonymous tokens stored on local NFC hardware cards.
2. Telemetry and Sandbox Isolation
Interactions within Seba Sandbox are simulated in-memory and are never transmitted to external live production APIs or third-party servers. Performance telemetry (hesitation, error recovery) is stored in sovereign institutional storage.
3. Sovereign Data Residency
Institutional clients may elect to host all program databases, telemetry ledgers, and credential logs within designated national cloud borders or internal on-premise infrastructure.
