Terms governing access to the Seba Gate platform, sandbox simulators, and managed service engagements.
1. Multi-Tenant Platform Licensing
Access to Seba Gate software suites is granted under authorized enterprise subscription agreements. Resale, unauthorized reverse-engineering, or extraction of proprietary micro-simulations is prohibited.
2. Simulation Environment Disclaimers
Seba Sandbox provides simulated replicas intended solely for instructional and assessment purposes. Scenarios do not constitute financial advice or official government transaction processing.
3. Client Data Custody & Handover
Following program handover under our managed services framework, institutional clients retain unconditional ownership of all participant data, audit records, and competency credentials.
4. Statutory Review Notice
This document serves as an illustrative framework. Public sector tenders and enterprise engagements are governed by customized Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
